How It Works

➕ Getting Cards In
- Add Card — click the button top-right, then click or drag & drop an image straight onto the photo well. Confirming the front crop flows automatically into the back crop.
- Lock Size — cropping a big batch shot from the same distance? Lock the crop size once and every card after opens pre-sized. Unlock anytime for graded or horizontal cards.
- Bulk Upload — import a whole spreadsheet at once. Imported cards arrive marked Needs Info, so nothing shows publicly until you've finished it.
- Mobile app — scan front and back with your phone's camera, crop, fill in details, and upload from anywhere.
🗂️ Finishing & Organizing
- Needs Info — incomplete cards stay hidden from your public gallery. Check the Needs Info filter, open the first card, and use the ‹ › arrows to walk through and finish the whole batch without leaving the editor.
- Search, filter & sort — search any card details, filter by category, and sort by newest, name, year, or price. Group by Category keeps big collections tidy.
- Find Duplicates — spots cards whose details all match and merges them into one listing with a quantity, keeping your collection clean.
- Boxes — every card's Box field mirrors where it physically lives (Box 12, Binder A), so it sits in the same place on the site as it does in your collection. Your boxes ride along the bottom of the card view: click one to see its cards, or select cards and click a box to move them in. The Storage button next to the page title expands your boxes to fill the screen. Boxes are private — visitors never see them.
🌐 Sharing & Selling
- Your public gallery — every completed, showcased card appears at your own gallery link. Visitors can browse, search, and open every card front and back.
- Private by design — price, location, and internal refs are never shown publicly. Your contact email appears for inquiries only if you choose to set one.
- Export to eBay — select cards in your collection and download a ready-to-import eBay listing CSV. Show me →
- Social Post — select one card and get a ready-to-share post with its image and details. Show me →
- Direct links — every card has its own shareable link that opens it full-screen in your gallery.
⚙️ Making It Yours
- Themes — pick Crimson, Gray, or Minimal in Settings; it styles both your dashboard and your public gallery.
- Brand name — set your own wordmark to appear in the corner of your gallery.
- Your data — export your complete collection, private fields included, as a CSV anytime.
